Tip Start Feature Present

Allows you to activate or deactivate the Tip Start feature. Tip Start is a feature that allows the driver to crank and start the engine by turning the key to the start position and then releasing it instead of holding it in the Start position. The Electronic Control Module will then take over the cranking and starting process to ensure that proper engine speed is attained, to release the starter motor at the appropriate time. This feature may not work with some engines.

Manual DPF Regeneration

This function allows you to manually initiate a DPF Regeneration. 1. The regeneration process can take up to 30 minutes. 2. To stop the regeneration process turn off the engine or press accelerator or brake pedal. 3. When the regeneration procedure begins, the engine speed will increase to 1500 rpm and the exhaust gas will be at a high temperature. 4. The fuel level must be above 1/4 of tank. 5. After the regeneration process, engine oil change is recommended. The usage of this routine is at your own risk! Click Next to Continue.

Cam Crank Relearn

This function should be used when a repair has been made that requires the Cam and Crank relationship to be relearned. The engine coolant temperature should be above 158F (70 deg C). Refer to the Factory Service Manual for the details.

Manual DPF Regeneration

This function allows you to manually initiate a DPF Regeneration. 1. The exhaust system must be warmed up while driving to increase the exhaust gas temperature before starting the procedure. 2. The regeneration process can take up to 40 minutes. To stop the regeneration process turn off the engine. 3. Engine speed will increase to 1500 rpm and the exhaust gas will be at a high temperature. The fuel level must be above 1/4 of tank. 4. After the regeneration process, engine oil change is recommended. Refer to the Factory Service Manual for the details. The usage of this routine is at your own risk!

Injector Quantity Adjustment - IMA/IVA code (6 Cyl)

This function allows to program the injector quantity adjustment values for each individual injector - IMA/IVA code - 7-character. Refer to the Factory Service Manual for the details. The usage of this routine is at your own risk!

Injector Quantity Adjustment - IMA/IVA code (4 Cyl)

This function allows to program the injector quantity adjustment values for each individual injector - IMA/IVA code - 9-character. Refer to the Factory Service Manual for the details. The usage of this routine is at your own risk!

Write PCM VIN

This function allows you to write PCM Current VIN Number.

Reset High Voltage Impact Event

This routine is used to reset the impact event in the HCP and BPCM modules in case of a high voltage vehicle crash in which the airbag(s) have deployed. Refer to the Vehicle Manufacturers Factory Service Manual for the details.

Learn ETC - Throttle / Accelerator Pedal calibration

This function will learn Throttle Position Voltages and Accelerator Pedal Position. The engine must not be running to perform this function. Refer to the Factory Service Manual for the details.

Oil Change (ECM)

This Routine updates the parameters relating to the engine oil change and corrects the oil level value in the engine control unit. This procedure must be performed in the event of Oil Change. Refer to the Factory Service Manual for the details.

VGT Turbo Actuator Pre-Align / Self Calibrate

This function is used when replacing the electronic actuator of the VGT. Routine will start with the actuator removed, then require installation for final calibration. Ignition Switch should be in the Run Position. Refer to the Factory Service Manual for the details.
