Rear Stop / Turn Signal settings - Ram Trucks

Allows you to customize of the Rear Stop / Turn Lights working mode to adapt the Ram Trucks rear lights to European requirements. For european market mode: usually you can enable BCM Rear Turn Lamps Output and add wire harnesses between BCM Connector E Pin 3 / F Pin 42 and rear turn lamps. In addition, disabling the rear lamp diagnostic lines can help to fix the turn signal hyper flash. Alternatively, if you hardwire Rear to the Front Turn Signals (A pin 13, D pin 14) set all parameters as Disabled. There are no factory european settings for Ram Trucks. These vehicles were never factory designed for the European market.

Rear Stop / Turn Signal settings

Allows you to activate or deactivate the Combined Rear STOP and TURN lights. In many vehicles for the US market, Stop lights are integrated with the rear turn lights. Switching this option allows you to set the lights as they are for the European market - usually only the turn signal remains on the wire. Some models may require minor changes to the electrical wiring harness near the rear lamps and adding a wiring harness with a Stop signal. A comparison of the US and EU lighting wiring diagrams can be helpful. For some vehicles, a dedicated procedure may be available to assist with lighting conversion.

Rear Fog Lamps

Allows you to activate or deactivate the Rear Fog Lamps. In vehicles for the US market, it may be necessary to add the missing wiring harness between the BCM module and the rear fog lamps. For some vehicles for the US market, the indicator of rear fog lamps on the instrument panel may be missing. In spite of this, the lights will work correctly.

DVD Region Code

Allows you to change a DVD Region Code. The number of region code changes is limited, please do not do it unnecessarily. Before reprogramming, you must remove the DVD / CD from the disc drives. Before changing the DVD Region Code, it is recommended to check if the maximum (5) number of changes of DVD Region Code in the Radio module and EDM/DVD/Bluray module, if equipped, has not been exceeded.

Rear Lamps Configuration - Minivans

This routine allows you to configure rear lamps mode in Chrysler Town&Country, Dodge Grand Caravan, RAM CV and Lancia Voyager minivans. On Chrysler and Lancia minivans, turn and stop lights are separated. Turns use 27W bulb, Stop and Tail lamps use built-in LEDs. On Dodge and RAM CV minivans turn and stop lights are combined. Tail, Turn and Stop use built-in LEDs. This procedure allows you to select the Chrysler or Dodge rear lamps mode.

Rear Stop / Turn Signal settings - Dodge Durango

Allows you to customize of the Rear Stop / Turn Lights working mode. If the Combined Rear Lamps are Disabled, the inner reverse lamps will work as a turn signals, modifications to the wiring harness may be required for this reason. BCM expect a turn signal circuit current load about 21 Watt, otherwise it will give a DTC Code. Regardless of this, it may be required to disable the rear lamp diagnostic lines.

Country code of Radio module

Allows you to configure a country code of radio if radio module allows to override cars country code. Used if a radio for the European market is installed in a vehicle for the North American market.

Instrument Cluster Language

This feature allows you to set the language of the Instument Cluster, if the Instument Cluster CCN module supports language change. Usually the following are available: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, Dutch. Possibility of set a specific language depends on the CCN module firmware.

Instrument Cluster Units

This feature allows you to set the Imperial or Metric Units on the Instument Cluster, if the Instument Cluster CCN module supports units change. Possibility of change the units depends on the CCN clock module firmware. Some CCN modules are designed for the US market only and do not accept the metric system.

Radio Country Code - Panasonic (8.4 inches)

This Routine allows you to change the Panasonic 8.4 inch Radio Country Code. Choosing the wrong settings may affect the vehicle's or Radio's malfunction.

Radio Country Code - Delphi VP2_7 (7 inches)

This Routine allows you to change the Delphi VP2_7 inch Radio Country Code. Choosing the wrong settings may affect the vehicle's or Radio's malfunction.
