Manual DPF Regeneration

This function allows you to manually initiate a DPF Regeneration.
1. The exhaust system must be warmed up while driving to increase the exhaust gas temperature before starting the procedure.
2. The regeneration process can take up to 30 minutes.
3. To stop the regeneration process turn off the engine or press accelerator or brake pedal.
4. When the regeneration procedure begins, the engine speed will increase to 1500 rpm and the exhaust gas will be at a high temperature.
5. The fuel level must be above 1/4 of tank.
6. After the regeneration process, engine oil change is recommended.
