Delete Account

You can delete your account and its associated data at any time directly in the app's settings.

Alternatively, contact us at contact@obdify.net from the email address linked to your account, and we'll do it for you.

We will permanently delete:

• your user account (email, username, authentication data),
• your saved vehicle data and backups,
• your registered and purchased VINs,
• app preferences stored on our servers.

We may retain certain data for a limited period where the law requires it — for example, purchase and transaction records for tax purposes (Google Play or Apple App Store billing) and short-lived diagnostic logs. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Your request will be processed within 30 days.
