Lock Ignition FOBIK - (FOBIK)
This function should be used when an additional Key/FOBIK need to be added or when the RFH module has been replaced.
Ignition Switch should be in the Lock State.
RFH Flash Part Number should be 68252600AA or greater for this routine.
